Food Trucks in Cleveland

The food trucks in Cleveland are on the rise and they are more delicious than ever. So what kind of food can you expect from Cleveland’s food trucks? Gourmet style dishes served hot, gluten-free delicacies, fresh ingredients, and the list goes on. Food trucks are giving a whole new meaning to the phrase “Fast Food”. So where can you find all these on-the-go dining trucks? For starters, head to Walnut Wednesday! Every Wednesday in downtown Cleveland, from 11am to 1:30pm between East 12th street and Walnut Street, catch over 15 food trucks on your lunch break.  According to Debbie Snook from The Plain Dealer:

 

“This week’s Walnut Wednesday is sounding like a record-breaker once again. Twenty-one trucks and mobile food operations will be surrounding Perk Plaza at E. 12th and Walnut Streets. Add on the Cavs Street Team for an impromptu LeBron rally. The weather forecast is looking pretty good through Friday, which bodes well for a lot of the major truck meets in Cleveland. Good luck making choices.

Walnut Wednesday: (11 a.m.-1:30 p.m., E. 12th and Walnut Streets) July 16 — B and M Bar B Que,      Chill Pop Shop, Donut Lab, Fired Up Taco Truck,      Get Stuffed Solar Powered Mobile Eatery (lemonade only), Green Machine, Hodge Podge,    Manna Food Truck, Mason’s Creamery, Mobile Sushi Bar – Sushi on the Roll, MotorMouth Food Truck, Nelly Belly, Streat Sensations, Stuff Yourself, Sweet! The Mobile Cupcakery, The Bom Truffles, The Orange Truk, The Original Steaks & Hoagies, Touch Supper Truck, Wholly Frijoles, Mexican Street Foods, LLC, Wok N Roll Food Truck.

Lunch by the Lake: (noon-2 p.m., Thursdays, E. 9th Street Pier) July 17 — 216 Bistro, Chef Gray Wolf, Off the GRIDdle, Tony’s Truck Stop, Barrio Tacos, DonutLab.

Food Truck Friday: (11 a.m.-2 p.m., 601 Lakeside Avenue) July 18 — Manna Truck, Touch Supper Truck, Pig Licking Good BBQ, Boca Loca Burrito Factory, Fired Up Tacos, Off the Griddle, Krav, and The Orange Truk.

Memorial Monday: (11 a.m.-1 p.m. and sometimes later, Mondays, W. 3rd Street and Lakeside Avenue) July 21 — 216 Bistro, Green Machine, Off The GRIDdle, Touch Supper Club, DonutLab, The Bom.

The Chomp: (11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Tuesdays, E. 46th Street between Euclid and Prospect) July 22 — Sweet! Mobile Cupcakery, The Nosh Box, Krav, Wok n Roll, The Orange Truk, Boca Loca Burrito, Pig Lickin’ Good.”
